Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printer’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facilities and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer – Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. To avoid ordering a wrong size, please have a look at the size chart indicated on each product’s page before proceeding to order. The only valid reason for return with no additional fee is a damaged package with damaged items or a significant default in printing/embroidery. Items cannot be refunded or replaced if they are already used.
Contact us before returning an item, not warming us of the return may lead to the loss of your item(s) with no right to obtain a refund.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
