The only valid reason for return with no additional fee is a damaged package with damaged items or a significant default in printing/embroidery. The issue has to be declared in the 5 five days starting from the day of receipt of the package.
Items cannot be returned if they are used or damaged.
Send us a mail at email@example.com before sending it back as we need to confirm that the returned item is allowed to be replaced.
Not warming us of the return may lead to the loss of your item(s) with no right to obtain a refund.
